Presentations

Program of the Congress will consist out of plenary presentations of invited lecturers, submitted presentations and poster presentations.

Oral presentations

For the plenary presentation is planned duration of 30 minutes. Each oral presentation should be restrained to 10 minutes. Discussion is reserved for the end of each session. Please be advised that presentations exceeding the limit will be cut off by the moderators in the interest of time. Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. All presentations should be sent in advance using the electronic mail services until 3 October 2014 to e-mail address congress@hrmud.hr or exceptionally to the Congres technical service on CD-rom /USB memory stick at the least 15 minutes before each programe topic.

Poster presentations

The size of the panels is 140 cm high and 90 cm wide; fixing material will be available. The posters should include the Title, Author’s and Institution’s name. Posters will be displayed throughout the whole duration of the Congress. Poster presentations should be prepared in a PowerPoint presentation with a maximum of three slides for joint discussions at the end of each program theme. All poster PowerPoint presentations should be sent in advance using the electronic mail services until 3 October 2014 to e-mail address congress@hrmud.hr or exceptionally to th Congres technical service on CD-rom /USB memory stick at the least 15 minutes before each programe topic.

Abstract submission

Participants with presentations (in oral or poster forms) need to submit the abstract of the presentation not later than 1 September 2014. Please note that abstracts submitted after this date will not be included in the Volume of Abstracts. Abstract submissions must be sent on line with the Application Form to the Secretariat’s internet address http://www.hrmud.hr/3congress/prijava/. Reception of the Abstract
will be confirmed.
