The bodies of the Association
The bodies of the Association are: the Assembly, Executive Board, Supervising Board and the President. The Assembly is the highest body of CMA, consisting of all Members.
The Assembly convenes annually, and the Electoral Assembly convenes once in four years.
The Executive Board is a collective executive body of CMA which is responsible for its work and the execution of the decisions of the Assembly. It consists of the 11 members elected by the Assembly and its mandate lasts for the period of four years.
The Supervising Board supervises legality of the work and finances of CMA. It consists of the 3 members and its mandate lasts for the period of 2 years.
The President, elected by the Assembly, represents CMA in the mandate lasting for the period of 4 years.
