Registration fee

Full registration fees (for participants and students) include access to all consulting sessions, coffee breaks and social program, as well as a package with congress
materials (program of the Congress, Volume of Abstracts, list of participants, marketing materials).
The fees for accompanying persons include access to all consulting sessions, coffee breaks and social program.

More information about the Conference Excursion will be available in the Third
Announcement. Registration for the excursion will be available upon arrival, on the
Registration Desk in Hotel Ambasador. The Organizing Committee is making efforts to organize additional social events that will be offered by local sponsors.

Payment of registration fees

For participants from Croatia, payments can be made by general invoice to Croatian Museum Association, ZAGREBAČKA BANKA ZAGREB, Hrvatska, IBAN HR9223600001101471641 Payment record should include the purpose of the payment – for the 3 Congress, participant’s name and surname, name of the Institution and the type of fees paid (regular, student or accompanying fees).
Expenses incurred by international payments will entirely be covered by the payer. Invoice will be issued to you upon payment.

Cancellations and refunds: The Congress Secretariat should be notified of cancellations by fax or e-mail. If the Symposium Secretariat receives cancellations before 1 September 2014, the full fees will be refunded. For the cancellations from 15 September to 8 October 2014, 50% of fees will be refunded. 8 October 2014, no refunds will be possible. All refunds
will be processed and paid upon the completion of the conference.
